Der Rapper ART wuchs im Saarland auf und schrieb mit 16 Jahren seine ersten Rap-Texte, beeinflusst von Kool Savas und Sido. Er ist seit einem Jahr bei dem Label „23Hours“ von Eugen Kazakov unter Vertrag. Eugen Kazakov, Labelinhaber und ART-Manager, hat das Label im August 2020 mit seiner Frau gegründet.
